Program Overview
The Certified Flight Instructor Instrument Airplane Single-Engine Land (CFII ASEL) certificate is designed for pilots who want to specialize in teaching instrument flying in single-engine airplanes. This program equips instructors with the skills to guide students through IFR operations, including instrument approaches, holds, and enroute navigation. Through a combination of ground instruction and practical flight training, you'll learn to manage student workloads, create effective IFR training scenarios, and evaluate performance with precision. Our experienced instructors will mentor you to become a confident and proficient CFII ASEL, prepared to pass the FAA CFII Knowledge Test and Practical Test.
